Explanationformula Tree Service is a referral service. We do not hire crews or run jobs. Instead, we connect homeowners in Elgin and the Elgin area with independent providers who want new calls for tree work.

If you run your own tree business, this page explains what to expect. There are no employee roles here. You stay independent and you run your own jobs.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who offer one or more of these services:

• Planned tree removal
• Emergency tree removal and storm tree clearance
• Stump grinding

You should serve homeowners in or near the Elgin area and be able to explain your work in plain words. Experience with older homes, tight yards and hard-to-reach trees is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners are comparing quotes and deciding without pressure. We ask providers to respect that.

• Give clear written quotes that list what is included
• Be honest about risks, access and cleanup
• Answer calls and messages politely, and say when you are unavailable
• Hold the licenses and insurance your work requires, and be ready to show them
• Never push a homeowner to decide on the spot

We cannot promise any number of calls or jobs. Demand shifts with the seasons and with storms.
